Lacroix Sports - Apparel Order Sheet

Lacroix Sports is the offical supplier for Blues game Jerseys, socks, pant shells and hockey bags.

Team fittings will be scheduled by the Blues executive or head coach at Lacroix Sport (4366 Innes Rd.) and the specific date will be shared post tryouts, once secured. The team fitting allows you to order the proper sized jerseys, socks, and other Blues apparel.

Player apparel required:

·        Blues jerseys, socks and pant shells are player-owned. 

·        Every player is required to purchase one set of home and away game jerseys, and one set of home and away game socks and pant shells.

·        Please bring your player's shoulder pads to ensure an appropriately sized jersey.

There is a wide selection of Blues team merchandise available (jackets, coats, pants, hoodies, hats etc.). The purchase of additional Blues items is at the discretion of each family.
