Hockey Background:

For the past 15 years, I've been involved at the rinks as a coach, trainer, or assistant coach. I played many years for the Blues while growing up in Orleans.

Coaching Philosophy / Season Goal:

My coaching philosophy is built on three guiding principles: effort, fun, and respect. I believe that every player should bring their best effort to the rink each day—progress and growth come from hard work and dedication, both on and off the ice. At the same time, hockey should be enjoyable; fostering a fun environment helps players develop a lifelong love for the game. Above all, respect for teammates, coaches, opponents, and the sport itself is fundamental. By emphasizing these values, we create a positive and supportive atmosphere where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential.
